This is a very interesting book about World War I. This First Edition book was published in 1963 by Harper & Row, Publishers, New York, Evanston, & London. The book measures 6 ½ inches by 9 ½ inches and contains x, 404 pages. The dust jacket shows signs of wear with small chips and rips around the edges. The red cloth cover of the book itself shows minor signs of wear. Bits of the paper from the dust jacket have stuck to the edges of the cover. The bottom edge showing just a bit of water spotting. The spine is tight and the hinges are strong. The end pages have full color replicas of the insignia from the American Expeditionary Forces. The pages show so signs of rips or tears. Exceptions noted, the overall condition of this book is good.
