This is a cute book about quaint and lovely summer homes. This First American Edition book was published in 1978 by Methuen, New York, London, Sydney & Toronto. The book measures 9 3/8 inches by 12 ¼ inches and contains 224 pages. The dust jacket shows signs of wear with chips and rips along the edges. The green cloth cover of the book itself shows minor signs of wear, hardly worth mentioning. The spine is tight and the hinges are strong. The pages are printed on good quality paper and show o signs of rips. Exceptions noted, the overall condition of the book itself is very good.
