This is a very nice old book about the opera. The book contains musical scores (with English and foreign lyrics), background and synopses of the works. The book was published in 1946 by Simon and Schuster, New York. The soft cover book comes in a lovely slip case. The slip case shows signs of wear to the edges. The cover of the book shows minor signs of wear to the spine area. The cover is securely attached. The pages show no signs of rips. Exceptions noted, the overall condition of the book is good.
