Canada
The Foundations of Its Future

by Stephen Leacock

Front Cover:

This is a very lovely book about Canada. The book was published in 1941, privately by The House of Seagram. The book measures 7 5/8 inches by 10 ½ inches and contains xxx, 257 pages. The book comes in a slip case. The case is worn to the boards and split in several places and is in fair condtion. It has done its job well, however, as the cover of the book itself shows no signs of wear to speak of. The cloth covered hard boards have the title on the front and down the spine in gilt. The front board is graced with a lovely pictorial paste on of a crest. There are lovely pictorial end pages. The pages show no signs of rips. The book comes with a gift card from The House of Seagram. Exceptions noted, the overall condition of the book itself is very good.
