This is a very useful book. It was published in 2005 by Scribner, New York, London, Toronto & Sydney. The book measures 5 ¾ inches by 8 ¾ inches and contains xviii, 235 pages. The dust jacket shows minor signs of wear but is in good condition. The actual cover consists of paper covered hard boards with a cloth covered spine and shows no signs of wear to speak of. The title is in gilt on the spine. The pages show no signs of rips. Exceptions noted, the overall condition of this book is almost new.
